"Great place to stay; I didn't expect any kind of view and it is in the midst of other buildings. A short walk from the main hotel, where you have access to all of the the amenities including breakfast, pools, private beach, etc. The room was a bit bare bones for furniture, but what was there was local and good quality. No mosquito netting, but they say that they spray, although we did find one. We used the ceiling fans all night which should also keep them away. The bathroom was beautifully tiled. Great staff at the main hotel and there is security at the entrance to the Palace Hotel. Biggest downside - uneven stairs and no elevator."

"Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful. Despite the staff being overall helpful, it did appear to be perferential treatment towards certain guests. On more than one occasion I sat in the dining room awaiting acknowledgement and service while other guests who arrived after me received prompt service. The rooms were well maintained and our room attendant decorated our bed daily which was appreciated. I wished snacks were available late night. Having 24 hour bar service with no food options was a disappointment. The daily buffet selections were nice. Special shout out to our tour guide Ali, and bar attendant Anderson."

The rooms were luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. The food was delicious, the facilities were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment was special. The resort offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a world-class getaway. Truly a five-star experience, and I would definitely love to return!"
